7 - Border for Blinds

Cast on 30 stitches.

Knit one row, then begin chart.
Repeat chart until you have the length you want, finishing at the end of row 2, bind off.

The original pattern says to knit three rows at the end before binding off. I would add an extra two rows (so three total) before starting the chart to add symmetry if you plan to add the extra rows at the end.
